- Please ensure that all guests are treated with courtesy throughout their presentation. This includes refraining from interruptions, avoiding conversations during commentary, and allowing judges to complete their assessments without challenge. Questions or discussion should be reserved for the appropriate point in the programme, should the speaker invite them. Our visiting judges and lecturers contribute significantly to the quality of our events, and it is essential that we provide an environment that is respectful, attentive, and welcoming.
