Our fun “My Wales” competition to celebrate 125 years of Cardiff Camera Club came to an end yesterday (12-AUG-2020). During a live online video conference our President, Dean Pine, announced the cash prize winners. We had submissions from all over South Wales but in the end three worthy winners were selected.
In third place (£25 prize) was the distinctive photograph “Steel Town” by Gareth Martin
Second place (£50 prize) was taken by the excellent “Dinorwic quarry” by Jenny Hibbert
Finally, in top spot (£100 prize) is the beautiful “Red Kite, National Bird of Wales” by Emma Woodhouse
Well done to Emma, Jenny & Gareth and thanks to everybody who entered. Our members very much enjoyed the opportunity to review your photography and we hope you enjoyed the challenge of taking part.
