The competition to find the Photographer of year 2021/22 rolls into the new year with round three taking place on 27th January 2022 judged by Trevor James BA(Hons) Photography, ARPS, AWPF. Unfortunately, due to social restrictions, we were not able to meet in person and the competition was conducted over a video conferencing service.
You know what it’s like. You wait all year for a bird in flight photograph and then we have half a dozen in one competition. Despite this we had a varied and interesting selection of photographs to enjoy. On the night Trevor’s top 3 photographs were:
1st – “Flight in motion” by Dave Barton
2nd – “Kingfisher sequence” by Andre Van de Sande
3rd – “Splash” by Andre Van de Sande
Congratulations to Dave for taking top spot and and Andre for taking the other two spots on the the rostrum.
